2009-2016 Improvement Meme

2009: This is the very end of sixth grade. nOW. I DID have digital art from 7th grade, but they were on a website that stopped hosting stuff, so we're stuck with these. What you're missing is a little tiny dip into the style that I have today, it reverted back p quickly. YOU SEE. I had this little halloween window sticky of three black kittens but they were in that kind of Precious Moments style. So my style mimicked that for about a month, but once I started digital art it went back to aNIME.

2010: tHAT LAST PICTURe. THAT WAS THE ONE IN THE PMV. hOLY SHIT. DO YOU EVEN. DO YOU KNOW. DO YOU KNOW HOW PROUD I WAS. I DONT THINK YOU UNDERSTAND.

2011: I drew /a lot/ this year. ALSO!! I discovered my other twO VERY FAVORITE ARTISTS OF ALL TIME KingNeroche and also AishaxNekox so lots of bright colors. It was kind of forced though, not gonna lie. I wanted to be one of those artists with the flaming bright colors with black and all of these creepyass concepts but man that just isn't my style.

OH also I made the graystripe amv that year and the graystripe amv is what brought me to *WARRIORS ANIMATOR* level and so that went to my head

2012: Near the middle I began to flatline on improvement with cats so i did a hop and a skip over to hUMANs in the middle of November! I also began adapting to a lot more comfortable style with neutrals and darks. I realized that using MS Paint had stopped being an asset and became more of a drawback, so I switched to Sai

2013: I JUST. I JUST KIND OF EXISTEd this year. I improved tenfold on my humans, which was cool. And also rea got me to draw a lot more pokemon related stuff and also painting! Painting is really cool i like painting. The last picture is important cos I rarely rarely do traditional art bUT THEN I DID!!

2014: Uh; there was way more improvement that I had thought I would have, because last year I plateaued toward the end. I got a better handle on anatomy + poses which was super helpful(even tho like all 4 examples are in the exact same position, i w ONDER WHO HAS A COMFORT ZONE--) I also started using clip studio paint and it is literally the greatest

2015: I drew nothing important this year

2016: oh i started animating again too
