you'll need a program like WinRAR or Jzip to unpack the file! Then you just extract the file and run it(EJF file right by the Shimeji application) and tadaaa! Reaaa!

I worked on this alll day. Cos I mean, who DOESN'T need the world's favorite ginger roaming their desktop?
